Hello! I am Ashley!

I will put you at ease with my warm professional nature. I pour my passion into each wedding, working hard to make your ceremony memorable and filled with love. With my background in management and event planning, I make sure your ceremony is performed perfectly.

I graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelors degree in Marketing, and graduated from University of Maryland with a Masters degree in Management. Then furthering my studies by obtaining an Event Management Certification. I started working in the wedding industry in 2009 as a Coordinator and became an Officiant in 2019 - it was an instant love!

When I’m not officiating weddings I love spending time with my family, and friends; knitting, reading a good book, or traveling. "

Ashley officiated our wedding 2 weeks ago and she is an absolute ray of sunshine! Each and every time we talked with her, she had both of us feeling like we were in very good hands. And, as the wedding proved, we absolutely were.

We had an interfaith wedding (Christian and Jewish) complete with a mix of traditions from both faiths. Ashley was more than happy to accommodate, offering suggestions as to the order of events and adding her own touches to keep the day focused.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ashley to anyone. She's a wonderful officiant and will remain a highlight of our wedding day memories through the years.

Working with Ashley was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. When unexpected weather rolled in, Ashley handled it with total calm and professionalism—adjusting plans seamlessly so everything still went perfectly.
